Welcome! Annual Chamber events include the Mayor's Prayer Breakfast in May, Annual Golf Tournament in June, St. Charles County League of Chambers luncheon in November. Business After Hours gatherings are held monthly at member businesses, 11 general membership meetings each year help bring people together for updated information and the opportunity to network with about 120 other businesses. Chamber committees organize and present seminars, conduct a canned food drive, career fair, ethics seminar, The Blast Health Fair and other special events such as candidates' forums, and support other civic organizations as partners and volunteers. Awards include: - Citizen of the Years - a "lifetime achievement award" presented at the annual Citizen of the Years and Lifetime Distinguished Service Awards Banquet and Celebration. - R.O.S.E. (Recognition of Service Excellence) Awards - presented in August to front-line employees demonstrating outstanding customer service. - Education Trailblazer Award - presented in December at the Annual Meeting to a business for outstanding support of education in St. Charles County. - "Ring" of Excellence Awards - presented in May at the schools to honor five classroom teachers for exceptional skill in inspiring students. - Small Business Person of the Year - presented in May to recognize the achievement of a Chamber member.
